Matt is an Agile Coach and Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) with more than 20 years broad experience for blue chip organizations in change management, project management, operational support models, IT strategy, cost justification and solution delivery.
He has over 15 years of agile delivery experience in distributed and scaled environments, gained at Conchango, EMC Consulting and independently as SprintAgile, pulling on his broad experience in order to support organisational change. Recently he has formed Orgology to support a network of Agile coaches.
