Welcome to The London Speed Dating Meetup Group!!

We'll be scheduling speed dating events at some of the best venues around London.

The events will cover as many different age-groups as possible (and we mean that) - so if there's not currently a suitable age category event scheduled, we'll do our best to ensure there is in the future.

Guests at each event will take part in numerous 'mini-dates' with individuals of the opposite gender within your own age range.  These 'mini-dates' will last for a maximum of four minutes.

At the end of each date, guests will mark a discreet score-card indicating whether you'd like to see that person again.  There will be three options -  'date', 'friends' and 'no date'.  The 'friends' option is deliberately neutral and is now offered at many speed dating events. It can mean just 'friends', but some speed daters only ever choose the 'friends' option even when they actually mean 'date' and would really like to see that person again.

The next day, after checking your scorecards, we'll let you know if you have any reciprocal matches.
