Spiritual Friends enjoy learning Tai Chi in Regents Park
I am super excited to bring to our members an awesome afternoon of sharing where we will have an amazing opportunity to learn Tai Chi in Regents Park thanks to our very own member and Tai Chi expert Paul.

This will be followed by a chilled out afternoon lazing around, a stroll , perhaps a meditation or two and a cuppa. There will be time to chat, share and generally get to know our new spiritual friends.

Wear something comfortable and bring something to drink and munch on in the park.

For those of you who would like to make a day and night of Spiritual Socialising, we have our evening event at Inspiral !!! where we will eventually end up for 6pm. Please RSVP to both events if you would like to come to both. Spaces are very limited for Inspiral as it is a small venue.

Where will we meet ?

We will meet outside the front entrance of Baker Street Station at 1.45pm where we will make our way together to Regents Park.

I will hold up a sign with LSEAS ( London Spiritual Events & Socials ) and check the comments board for an update of what I will be wearing which should help you to spot me.

What if it Rains ?

There is a bandstand where we will have Tai Chi under cover if it rains :-) so our day will go ahead.

Bring suitable clothing for the day as we will also have a walk too.

Weather Update. Autumn is Here !!! It is forecast at a 60% chance of Rain so it may well be a Wet One. Even so, a rainy day will not stop us from having fun , a Tai Chi Taster and socialising !!!

Meet at Baker Street Station and together we will head for the cover of the Bandstand for our Tai Chi session. Do dig out the Raincoats and Wet Weather Wear as our walk will still go ahead. It is likely we will spend longer having our cuppa under cover with plenty of time to Socialise and Chat with new friends.

What to wear

Wear comfortable clothing suitable for exercise and bring Rain Wear !!!
