On the Saturday we will be joined by Deborah Fernandes Dip LC (LC Inst.) for our workshop out in Nature. The Way of the Shaman
Deborah is a Shamanic Healer and Shaman Practitioner with incredible credentials. Check out her website http://www.serenity-4-all.com/
Whilst we are out in nature, Deborah will take us on our journey to connect with our power animal.
An important path of a shaman is to journey to the three worlds (lower, middle and upper world) to gather important information and medicine for the person they are working with.
The lower world is the place where many spirits of nature reside and the place for connecting with our power animals.
The middle world is a our reality as we know it. It is our day to day lives and residing place of our physical bodies and our normal waking consciousness.
The upper world relates to our higher self, or superconsciousness that permeates across all time and space. It is what some call the “heavens.” It is also the home of our celestial or spirit guides and the angels.
As a group we will journey to the lower world to connect with our power animal. This is the spirit guide who has been your ally and companion since your birth – whether you know it or not – and is now waiting for you to initiate contact again.
Finding, meeting, and getting to know your power animal when you journey to the lower world will be one of the most important things you ever do. Your power animal will be the source of all of your shamanic power and, once you connect, you will always have an animal ally by your side.

Last space for a female in a shared cocoon !!! Be quick if you want our very last space ladies.
Accommodation is more comfortable than a tent, staying in Cocoons which sleep 2 or for a couple to share. There are ample toilets and showers on site.
Bring your own bedding, sleeping bag and perhaps a cushion or pillow. My fleece jacket doubled up as a pillow on my recent camping trip and it did the trick.
The cocoons, pictured below include two camp beds, heating, lighting, small table, electric sockets and a kettle. Just like a tent with the luxury of electricity and extra warmth :-) We will be supplying your morning cuppa :-)
