We've all heard the mantra "People, Process and Technology" but when talking about Web Performance we normally focus on the last two - Process and Technology.
For a change, we are going to talk about "People"!
What does it take to build a High-Performance Web Team?
Well, Nik Silver is going to give us some ideas.
Nik has been running software teams for years. Most recently he led digital development and projects for the Guardian, where he was variously responsible for software architecture, back-end, front-end and interactive development, project management, business analysis, and quality assurance.
Nik was instrumental in the Guardian adopting Agile methodologies and new technologies and he is going to share his experiences in how you can make sure you bring your people with you along the way, and build a high-performance team behind your high performance website!
