Wasn't able to make it, Thanks for the update on the event.

Will you be covering any Raspberry Pi or Google TV projects as wel?

Do you guys know of a developer conference next week, have a look at http://bit.ly/XUuP7V if you are interested come along.

Hi Mani, too bad you couldn't join us. Yes we're open to Raspberry Pi, in fact we had a few at the event, not sure yet about Google TV but open to suggestion. Tks for the link on DevoxxUK conference.

Thanks everyone for the very inspiring evening! And a particular thank to those who had the time and the patience to dedicate some time to me as a "noobie"! Alos, I have to say that Marc does a great job in organising this meet ups!

Great evening, will definitely be back, hopefully with something I'm planning on eventually doing if I don't suddenly start to play with long strips of LEDs.

I got my microphone and my leds strip... I am not sure what I can present :/
I can show you guys how FFT gets me different values for each frequency and a little demo of the leds strip.. I haven't down so much :D

I have great plans but i am still trying to get off first base - i hope someone will be able to help

Looking forward to this. Hope someone will be able to give me some tips on how to build an Arduino project to control my house lights when I'm away travelling ;-) Thanks in advance!

Quite interested in predicting when problems will arise e.g. engine misfires, weak sparks, fuel consumption rising.

      March 15, 2013

    • Christian

they have a ODBI connector or has been invented later than 1980? :P

      March 15, 2013

  • Christian

I got my leds i2c :) and I am waiting for the microphone... so maybe for the next event I will be able to show something ;)

    1 · March 5, 2013

    • Christian

Yeah.. I just need to get the microphone and maybe I will do some stuff on the weekend :), You will see on the Facebook page as soon as I get something ready

      March 6, 2013

    • Christian

Big fail... my microphone didn't work , at least is not super sensitive :( but I got another one, tomorrow I should test it :D

Hi, I'd be interested to know if anyone has created a wifi-shield controllable robot with webcam?
If you have, PLEASE get in touch: [masked]
I'd like to develop these into a multiuser experience.

    March 8, 2013

    • Christian

I have used the wifi shield from Sparkfun, but the webcam has to be in a different wifi transmitter because you can't managed to stream live feed with Arduino :)

  • Pierre P.

I am looking forward for it and get advice on how to start !

Welcome Pierre to the group, I'm sure you'll find members to help you out. cheers.

    Hi All,
I hope to bring along my current PICAXE project (opentrv.org.uk) to demo what I want to build a parallel Arduino stack for, and ask about running off batteries (~2.4V, minimised idle power, etc).
Do I need to bring an UNO with me to prove that I'm not the enemy? B^>

Hi Damon, you're welcome to bring your projects, we'll have a jamming sessions after the presentation and I'm sure you'll find somebody to ask about batteries. Cheers
