The atmosphere is easy and relaxed and there is plenty of room to dance. Tarik and Nizar are very friendly and welcoming but above all - they are amazing musicians! It's a fantastic opportunity for new and experienced dancers to have fun and improvise to the best of Arabic sound. You won't leave the dance floor! And it's FREE!

The Mia lounge is very central, next door to Swiss Cottage on the Jubilee Line, it is just 7 min on the Tube from Bond Street!

The Jam Session begins at 7.30 and ends at midnight. You can drop in at any time, but even if you come just for an hour - you will not regret it!
