This group exists to encourage hoopers to meet (and hoop) together around London.
Hula hooping has changed - hoops for adults are now bigger and heavier (and easier to use) than those you may remember from the eighties, or even the fifties. With a bigger hoop you'll find it possible to move, dance, turn and be more creative as you dance.

Hoopdance is more than exercise - it is an artform and a path to self-expression and personal empowerment!

As news becomes available, we'll let you know about classes, events and workshops in the London area.
