Chak De The Taming of The Shrew in URDU at The Globe Theatre

As part of the World Shakespeare festival 2012, the globe theatre is doing all of baba shakespeare's 37 plays. One of them is the Taming of the Shrew in Urdu on Saturday 26 May at 19:30.
A bit about it:
"The taming of the shrew is one of shakespeare's most famous, funny and controversial plays. It tells the story of Petruccio, a young man in search of wealth and paisa. He meets Katherine, a strong willed soul, known for her wit and independence, and tempted by the promise of a dowry, he sets about courting the reluctant "Shrew"
Theatre Wallay and Kashf present a new production of the The Taming of the Shrew, starring the Lahore screen and stage star Nadia Jamil as Katherine. Rich in colour and energy, the production explores the difficulties encountered by modern Pakistani women. With live singers and musicians, a thrilling bhangra jig (ballah ballah) rounds off this uplifting version of the first romcom."

One final point the yard standing area is uncovered, and will go ahead rain or shine, so if it is windy, cold and raining wrap up and cover yourself., look forward to what should be a great event.
