I keep various somewhat ad-hoc logs. For example, when I'm trying to develop a daily habit I'll record the days I achieve it on a chart. Also I've just recently started recording my mood daily (happiness on a scale from 1 to 10).
Nothing serious yet, but I'll be curious to see how my mood changes when I leave my job at the end of January.

I'm a programmer and musician with a geeky interest in self-improvement. I'm slowly becoming more aware of the value of measurement and deliberate experimentation, partly as a result of reading Tim Ferriss's books and partly from my interest in CBT.
