Tapping is so effective as a tool for self-growth because it combines working with the Mind with working with the Body.  Focus your Mind on your goal, and Tap certain points on your Body to release whatever you are holding into that is getting in your way.

Group Tapping is especially effective because even if it's hard for you to dig into what is holding you back, you can tap it away using what other people share as a reflection.

Tapping is immense FUN for me!  Powerful changes can happen without delving into emotional traumas or childhood issues - although Tapping is a powerful tool for dealing with those too, if you need to.

The trick to getting Tapping to work is to find the key to what you want to change.  That's why workshops are so powerful, I'll help you find the key to what you are trying to Tap.
