While checking out meetup, I noticed that there was no group for music teachers, so thought I'd start one. After all, it's always fun to talk shop, meet other folks who suffer the same maladies, and perhaps even network a bit over a drink or two.
The plan is to arrange a monthly meeting in which we will draw straws and conduct a ritual sacrifice of one member.
Seriously, music teachers of all stereotypes are welcome. Illiterate Rock n' Rollers, Jazz and Classical snobs, flaky private teachers, and Drill Sargent band, orchestra directors. Of course, regular, cool, music teachers of styles are welcome too.
A good time shall be had by all (except the one who is sacrificed).
