About Pavan

Pavan has broad experience in the open-source database environment. Before joining Basho, he ran the product team at Schooner Information Technology that was successfully acquired by SanDisk. Prior to Schooner, Pavan was part of the technical sales consulting team for MySQL-Sun-Oracle for over three years. He has helped many clients successfully implement MySQL and MySQL Cluster for high availability use cases. Pavan holds an M.S. in computer science from Syracuse University and a B.E. in electrical and electronics from National Institute of Engineering, India.
