Sorry for the late change, but unfortunately we had to reschedule this meetup for 3/27.

Join us in kicking off the Los Angeles Riak meetup with a presentation from Marc Campbell, CTO of Look.io. The presentation will talk about why Riak and the implementation process. We'll start by looking at some of the NoSQL databases evaluated and see why Riak was chosen. Then we'll move on to the implementation details and spend some time talking about load testing and lessons learned there.
After the presentation, we'll have some folks from Basho around to help answer any questions and discuss other real-world uses of Riak.
And of course, we'll have some time for networking and meeting other local developers who are either using or considering using Riak.
