Vegan Street Fair is an annual vegan food celebration where local vegan and vegan-friendly restaurants and vendors come together to serve you bite-size portions of vegan eats all in one place.

The best part? All bite-size portions are $3 max and entrance is FREE.

At VSF, you get to nosh on as many local eats as your heart desires (and your belly can hold) for street fair prices. So instead of buying a $10 plate of vegan nachos and sitting out the rest of the amazing food experiences, you get bites from one vendor, move on to the next, and enjoy all of your city's BEST vegan eats without getting full for a fraction of the price of a regular meal.

VSF is the true vegan foodie dream- EAT ALL THE VEGAN THINGS.

This event is open to the public. All ages + vegans and non-vegans are welcome.

IS ALL OF THE FOOD BEING SERVED AT VSF VEGAN?

Why yes, of course! All of the vendors will be providing ONLY vegan food to the masses. Stretchy pants, optional.

IS THIS A CASH ONLY EVENT?

Yes- food tickets can only be purchased with cash. There are plenty of ATMs and banks all over NoHo to accommodate you.

HOW DO FOOD TICKETS WORK?

You buy tickets in sheets of 12 only for $8 using CASH ONLY. This includes a $2 processing fee making each ticket essentially $.50. Each vendor will sell their items for 1-6 tickets max. There will be 5 ticket booths with 2 lines each and roaming ticket sellers so you'll have plenty of opportunities to get tickets when you need them. The tickets are non refundable and not for resale.

WHY IS THERE A $2 PROCESSING FEE?

This one is easy:

Bathrooms, waste removal, seating, entertainment, sanitization stations for vendors, event permits, insurance, tent rentals, vendor permits, fire department fees, street closure fees, etc etc etc... those things don't pay for themselves. We are happy to provide all of the amenities that a large scale event offers so that you are comfortable, happy, and can have this amazing event put together just for you.

WILL THERE BE ALCOHOL?

There will not be alcohol at VSF because we already have two amazing vegan beer festivals- Los Angeles Vegan Beer Fest and Vegan Oktoberfest. This one is all about the food.

WILL THERE BE LINES?

Will there be lines at Disneyland? Of course there will! This is like Vegan Disneyland (pre-measles days). But! Our food ticket system explained above will help eliminate lines tremendously since vendors will not be handling money or credit card transactions, only food tickets. This is ALL about the food, so we did our best to facilitate food transactions for everyone.

WILL YOU HAVE ENOUGH VENDORS?

VSF has reached out to every single vegan and vegan friendly restaurant, caterer, baker, and farmers market vendor in LA (yeah... we did our homework!). Some are set up for outdoor events and others unfortunately aren't. We believe that we have a solid roster of vegan and vegan friendly vendors lined up that you will all be stoked about. Hey... its a FREE event, guys... come out and enjoy, appreciate the amazingness of vegan options in this day and age, and stop worrying yourselves. This is supposed to be fun, remember? ;)

IS VSF HAPPENING IN THE PARK? WHY IS THERE NO ADDRESS?

VSF is not in the park. It is a street fair and is at the intersection of Bakman Ave and Weddington Street near the post office and behind The Federal Bar. We certainly cannot give an address of a place where VSF is not actually taking place. Imagine the confusion then... "wait... its IN the POST OFFICE?"

Luckily for you, all of our modern technologies, maps, and apps allow for cross street navigation, so you're good. Bakman Ave and Weddington Street

IS THERE PARKING?

There is plenty of street parking surrounding VSF as well as a few parking lots in the area.

ARE THERE OTHER WAYS TO GET THERE?

ARE THE ORGANIZERS VEGAN?

Jessica and Ken have been vegan for many years and have been entrenched in the vegan community for just as long. We are very proud vegans and we are excited to share good vegan food with vegans and non-vegans alike.

ARE DOGS ALLOWED?

Unfortunately, companion animals are not allowed at VSF due to LA County's "Guidelines for the allowance of pet dogs in outdoor dining areas" Feel free to familiarize yourself with the policy. There may seem to be loopholes, but trust me, it would be best to leave your fur friends at home. This is non-negotiable. Service animals are excluded from this policy, per the link below. Emotional support animals are NOT considered service animals.
