I've spoken with Moe in regards to heading up to North Carolina. There is a change in plans.
The weekend to the 26th is a Holiday weekend and many people will be out of town or doing there own thing. So in an effort to get a ride in, we've changed it to the weekend before which is the 19th.
We are planning on staying at the following Hotel:

I spoke to the owner and he has rooms available for that weekend.
Double Occupancy is > $74.00 (Tax Included)
We are staying for one night. I would recommend you buddy up with someone and split the cost. It comes out to $ 37.00 per person for a double occupancy room.
If you plan to go, make sure to book your room early.
I (Alex), am leaving on Friday the 18th after work. I'm trailoring my bike up there. This will give us a chase vehicle in case something happens and we will be able to tow you back.
If you would like to bring your folding chairs, or gear and don't want to strap it on your bike for the ride up. Get with me prior, to my departure, and I take up there.
Los Santos will be providing a Bar-B-Que for Saturday the 19th in the evening back at the Hotel. There is no cost to Patch Members.
Non-Members are more than welcome to join us, but there is a cost of $10.00 per person. You do not pay until the evening of the event.
We are providing the food, Sodas and brew. Note that Robbinsville is a dry county. Meaning that they only sell liquor at the restaurants.
This is the riding plans for that Saturday (19th).
UPDATE: 04/27/2012
We are going to discuss Times and meets for the group leaving on Saturday at the Monthly meeting for May.
So far half of us will be up there Friday, and the other half is leaving early in the morning Saturday to get up there.
Moe, and Alex will already be there, so we will need to finialize with someone leading a group for the morning part of Saturday.
