Our Louisiana Social Group was established on Thursday November 16, 2004
*before this Meetup.com website was found!

The 10 former Louisiana residents in attendance named our group
"The Lost Cajuns of East Tennessee Social Group!"

They set our group charter up to be strictly social!
With a 'pay as we go' attitude, along with no dues or no politics!
& gave us a motto of "Laissez les bon temps rouler!"

We've really grown in the past four years!
As of May 2008 over 300+ families have found us.

Our membership represents every parish in the Bayou State, not just 'true blooded cajuns!'

Membership in our group is free.
Voluntary contributions are appreciated to cover the co$t of this website.
