Debbie is a passionate advocate for the public-private partnership and enjoys working with cutting edge innovators to facilitate strategic engagements between industry and government.

To date these engagements have resulted in more than $3.42B in single award contracts for businesses and the privilege of helping government achieve success in 200+ high profile programs, projects and initiatives. She gives time to a variety of cyber industry working groups, non-profits and advisory councils.

Prior to starting Cyber Zephyr, Debbie held serial VP positions at Network Security Technologies, Inc., Verizon Business, National Interest Security Corporation and SecureInfo Corporation. Debbie began her IT career as an award-winning business development leader for IBM and Microsoft. She lives in Northern Virginia with her husband two sons.
