Louisiana Culinary Institute Cooking Classes

The Louisiana Culinary Institute (LCI) is the largest culinary school in the South and we are located in Baton Rouge. Our new 30,000 sq ft facility has state-of-the-art equipment and top notch professional Chef Instructors. Although we are a private school we will be open to the public for our weekly Cooking/Leisure Classes.

This group is all about people who are interested in anything culinary and want to learn about different techniques, styles, flavors, and much more! You will receive an apron, cooking booklet with recipes, LCI measurement card, each class is hands-on learning, and you'll be able to bring home your delectable creations.
