This will be a little more challenging walk than last week's, but we'll take the path to the left (not the stairs) and take it at the pace everyone can do! This group is about making healthy choices and supporting each other! We'll just see how far we get in 30 minutes before heading back and can use it as an opportunity to work on our cardio strength a bit and discuss how much one should do to help with weight management (it's probably less strenuous than you think!). Parking is a challenge in the area so make sure to arrive quite a bit early to find a space. Dogs are allowed at the park so if yours can keep up and is friendly, feel free to bring them if you are not going to join us for breakfast afterwards. http://runyoncanyon-losangeles.com

Afterwards, we'll head just a couple of blocks away to Tiago Coffee Bar and Kitchen ( http://tiagocoffee.com ). The coffee bar alone sells me on the place and they also have a small but nice breakfast menu. Let's spend time seeing how everyone is doing, brainstorm ideas about making choices for living the lives we want and just having a good time! :)
