Hadoop as a Service hands-on workshop with intro

Welcome to SICE ICE Hadoop/Spark/Flink-as-a-Service Workshop.

This will be a hands-on workshop - bring your laptop. We will help you get setup on SICS ICE Hadoop Platform, and walk you through how to work with data sets and run some Spark or Flink programs.

Jim Dowling (SICS, KTH) is visiting us and will introduce and give us hands-on experience of Hadoop and HOPS.

Coffee, sandwich, coke etc will be served in the later part of the workshop. The workshop is free.

You can join just the beginning to get the introduction talk if you cannot join the whole afternoon.
