Furniture Refinishing 101

Details
Class Description:
Have an old piece of furniture that needs some TLC? Don't have the time or the money to strip and refinish it? Here's a class for you!
In Furniture Restoration 101, we introduce students to the materials and techniques needed to breathe new life into old furniture - without spending an arm and a leg. We will teach you how to correctly clean, restore, reduce or remove scratches, perform minor repairs, repair damaged finish, then correctly polish your furniture to protect it from further damage.
This class is a hands - on workshop, with plenty of demonstrations and discussion. There will be furniture and touch up materials on hand to practice with, though students are encouraged to bring in their own (small to medium sized) furniture to practice on if they choose.
Class Fee: $40
Materials Fee: None -All instructional materials will be provided.
