Manteca Photography Education, Workshops, & Outings

Join us and experience our established and growing schedule of hands-on photography workshops & classes, computer photo editing & enhancement classes, photo walks, and photography outings. We are affiliated with the Manteca Camera Club as well as other groups.

We are currently doing 3 - 4 classes or workshops a month for 3 groups totaling more than 150 photographers, and also do workshops for nearby camera clubs and other groups & organizations. We have been leading photo walks at local nature/wildlife areas for 11+ years.

We currently have several class & workshop leaders, and welcome new leaders who have teaching experience.

Meetups will vary from beginner classes & workshops to advanced classes to on-location outings with a specific photographic topic.

Members can suggest and lead new meetups; they are automatically scheduled once 3 members say they're attending.

Many of our workshops and classes are free, but we may charge for some due to supply costs, instructor fees, venue fees, etc.

Donations to help cover the Meetup Group fees ($144 - $288 per year) are welcome. We may ask for a small membership fee or class/workshop fees in the future if needed to cover these costs.
