Welcome to the MCSS Los Angeles Support Group

MCSS - LA is a support community seeking to empower those living in the Los Angeles area, who suffer from Mulitiple Chemical Sensitivities Syndrome (MCSS), also known as, MCS. The goal of our community is to provide treatment suggestions, encouragement and companionship as we adapt to the many forms of pain, discomfort, irregularities and breakouts which inevitably occur as a result of this misunderstood physical, emotional and psychic condition.

Many people are not aware that they might have MCSS and can often be misdiagnosed, only to find themselves more sick than before the treatment. Such is the typical life of a MCSS patient who must sift through doctors intent on only treating the symptoms rather than looking at the entire immune system. Those who have not been diagnozed with MCSS may suffer from symptoms known as, Chronic Pain, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), Multiple Allergies, Food Intolerances, Sick-Building Syndrome, Burn-out etc. You are all welcome to join us as we explore options for wellness.

As our group grows, we will work to locate meeting facilities sensitive and responsive to our particular needs. We are fully aware that most people do not know what is wrong with us individually, including loved ones and friends. As we learn to understand ourselves, we also learn to communicate our needs to those around us for a safer and happier existence. We only want the best for our members and we will make a sincere effort to find locations in all parts of Los Angeles to meet.
