mHealth & Its Clinical Impact

Happy New Year to the MDHTC! 2014 is poised to be an exciting year in health technology innovation. Our kickoff event last year discussed the challenges and opportunities of mobile health or "mHealth" technologies, which are set to revolutionize healthcare in the US and abroad by creating patient-centric and personalized care delivery systems that leverage the ubiquity of mobile technology and a broad range of care providers at all levels and geographies.

We are kicking off 2014 with the first of a series of discussions on mHealth. This event will focus on the rapidly evolving mHealth technological landscape and the clinical impact of technologies on the market today. This discussion will lay the groundwork for further deep-dives on important aspects of mHealth technologies, including payment models, legal issues, and patient engagement, among others.
