What we’re about
WELCOME TO IANDS OF COLUMBIA MARYLAND
Are you interested in, or have had a Spiritual/Transformative Experience? We live in extraordinary times, a time when we are starting to understand our full potential as human beings and many of us are searching and striving to experience and understand spiritual transformative/near death experiences and other related phenomena.
Our community invites you to join us in our sharing groups where you can share your own personal experiences, listen and learn from each other, ask questions and engage in beneficial discussions. We aim to create a safe, non-judgmental place where we can all learn, grow and support one another.
Our sharing groups are led by trained facilitators, who have an in-depth understanding of a groups importance towards growth and community, and are very committed in assisting others.
All are welcome, whether you have had an NDE or STE, if you are grieving the death of a loved one, or are merely interested in learning more, discussing these topics, and meeting like-minded kindred spirits.
IANDS is a membership nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization with a mission to advance global understanding of NDEs and related experiences through research, education, and support.
Online meetings the first Sunday of every month from 3-4PM.

IANDS Eastern Shore Maryland invites IANDS Columbia Maryland to join us for a live Zoom talk by Becky Austill Clausen on her Shared Death Experience with her brother and subsequent communication with him and others.
Rebecca “ Becky” Austill-Clausen is an Occupational Therapist, Reiki Master, award-winning author, and international speaker. She had an fabulous Shared Death Experience when her 37-year-old brother David passed in 1995. Six weeks later, she was riding her horse through a Christmas Tree farm and received the best present of her earthly existence. An incredible Spiritual Transformative Experience highlighted her discovery that she could communicate with her brother and additional people who had transitioned, even though she had no psychic or spiritual awareness at the time.
Becky kept these experiences quiet for 20 years while thoroughly exploring the afterlife, Reiki, shamanic journeying, after-death communication, past life regression, crystal energy, intuitive development, mediumship, a multitude of energy-healing modalities, and the power of LOVE.
She finally gained the courage to write her award-winning book: *Change Maker, How My Brother’s Death Woke Up My Life *available on Amazon and distributed by Simon and Shuster publishers.
Becky is the Healing Coordinator for IANDS.
