This class gives folks an opportunity to learn about rawhide, dried animal skin. Traditional cultures relied on this gift from an animal that was taken, to provide containers, lashings for tools, even lodging. The class will offer people guidance in learning two different ways of making containers out of rawhide. Depending on participants, each person wll be able to make atleast one small container and one small box.

Cost of the class is $20.00. All materials are included in the fee.

I would love to come, but 4 hours of round trip driving is just too much.

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
