MS Climb is the coming together of one person's love for travel and a passion for raising money for MS. Out of this came a commitment to raise $1 Million to support people living with MS and MS research.
In September '08, the inaugural MS Climb took place with 23 climbers tackling a 4-day trek of the Inca Trail in Peru to the lost ancient city of Machu Picchu. Together raising over $155,000 for MS! In '09 the program is expanding with climbs to Machu Picchu and adding a 7-day climb up Mt Kilimanjaro in Tanzania. With every step we are one step closer to end MS.
Climbs leave on Sept 26th and Oct 10th, 2009. In order to participate Climbers must raise $7500 for Machu Picchu and $10,000 for Mt Kilimanjaro - climbers are responsible for their own flights and other expenses.
The MS Climb is a 5-year program with every year adding a new and challenging climb: it started with Machu Picchu, then added Mt Kilimanjaro, in the next few years climbs to Everest Basecamp, Great Wall of China and the Chilkoot Trail in the Yukon will be added.

We are already into November so I wanted to take this chance to make sure you can get yourselves to the Wrap-Up party. It will be a special night at the Spoke Club here in Toronto. We have limited space (120 people) as it is a private club so we need to have a guest list confirmed in advance.
We would like to hear from you either way. If you can make it, please confirm by email and send along the details of your guests. Read more
