Larry Fura will demonstrate how to use the ITextSharp library to programmatically create PDF documents on the fly. This can be very powerful because it can provide a way to have very standardized printed output regardless of the end users operating system, web browser or even printer. This talk is for anyone with any of the following needs:
- The ability to pre-populate a fillable PDF form with information from a database such as an Application Form or a 1099.
2.To be able to allow a customer to download a PDF form they can fill out and then when they email it back & have the ability to have that form data automatically upload to a backend database.
3.To be able to distribute personalized PDF documents that have a customer’s name or other information burned in to the PDF. - To have the ability to simply print information on to a preprinted multipart form & allow the ability to have that information precisely placed on that form.
