Dim Sum Cantonese Brunch Experience!

Join me for Dim Sum! What is it? DELICIOUS! Touch your heart, point to fragrant and delicious delicacies on a cart, and dim sum appears on the table. No translation required!

What could be more blissful than a lazy Saturday morning with fellowship among friends and an endless river of succculent dim sum flowing past? My family and I go here regularly on the weekends and I have also had several successful and fun Meetups here. Cantonese people like to go to restaurants in the morning and have dim sum for breakfast; for some it's a daily ritual. These dim sum establishments are usually very casual, and large groups of family and friends often gather together there for a weekend brunch and share the small plates family-style. Now dim sum enthusiasts in the United States and elsewhere have made it a popular choice as too!

Once seated with your steaming cup of tea in hand, you can observe one of the most unique aspects of having dim sum: Ordering It! Servers push around carts with various delectible delights , circling the restaurant like a parade. You may select as many items as you like from the passing carts...and then order some more when the nexts carts come along! Steamed dumplings, spring rolls, and various other traditional Chinese dishes served in small portions on little appetizer plates - akin to Tapas, only Asian style - and may include meat, seafood, and vegetables, as well as desserts and fruit. It is customary to oder many items and share them family style. With 3 to 4 pieces on each plate, you can share and try more items!

Please RSVP responsibly- RSVP YES, only if you are 110% sure that you will be there!! RSVP's are Final on Friday at 4:00 PM and if you are a Yes at that time, you are expected to be there and honor your reservation, as they normally do not take reservations and I am asking for 2 special tables. If everyone is not there by 10:45am, they may give one of the tables away and you may have to sit at a smaller table nearby....

Please note an automatic gratuity of 15 - 18% is commonly added with parties of 8 or more, as Dim Sum is a shared family-style experience, average check will run $18 - $20 with gratuity
