Imbolc - Celebration of the return of the light
As we move into February, we begin to anticipate the coming of Spring and the focus is on preparing for new growth and fertility in our lives. In the Celtic Wheel of the Year, Imbolc is known as the celebration of the return of the light. Join us on February 12th from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm as we prepare to banish the energies of Winter and welcome the new growth of Spring. We will discuss the history of Imbolc and rituals associated with the holiday, followed by a guided meditation to investigate what we need to release from the Winter months, and set new intentions for the forward movement into Spring.
