Like to run but gave it up because of injuries. Interested in sharing your running experience. Want to increase your speed , stamina or just want to lose weight. Join with us and let's have fun, sharing our experiences, getting stronger and healing our bodies. I am a Madison Chiropractor who gave up running years ago because of injuries. I have recently started barefoot running and am fascinated and amazed at the potential of this sport to correct posture and injuries in the body. I would like to share my 17 years of experience as a Chiropractor and a postural corrective care specialist and also as an acupuncturist with years of martial arts and tai chi knowledge. Anyone who wants to learn is welcome to join but I am hoping to find some experienced runners and athletes who would like to share what they have learned.
