What we’re about
We welcome individuals anywhere on the geek spectrum: from those merely harboring secret geeky inclinations to those who obsessively fantasize about transforming into some sort of mad scientist, superhero, or archmage.
In the past, Geekery members have planned wicked board game nights, awesome museum trips, drinking & debauchery outings, movie screenings, food orgies, and nice, clean, wholesome outdoor romps. You will also be encouraged to create your own fun by suggesting new activities for the group to enthusiastically join.
You may spend more time with computer than you do with your wife; you may find the idea of large libraries hot; you may actually leave a board game with the perception that you are still in Middle Earth; perhaps you know the definition of “sapiosexual”; or you may simply feel a bit socially awkward.
