About us
This meetup is designed to connect people in the Madison area living with bipolar, depression, and anxiety. The group will take place in various cafes until we find a cafe we all like and feel comfortable at. These meetups will be very casual, there will be no facilitator or medical professional. Feel free to come and talk, or just come and listen. I find it very comforting to hear about others experiences and how familiar they are to mine. Hope to see you soon!
