Madison based startup, Exis, is a backend platform solving a variety of problems developers face constantly including user authentication, push notifications, storage, and the ability to host custom servers in the cloud. In a short presentation, Nick Hyatt will give an overview of Exis and how it can work seamlessly with NodeJS, AngularJS, and Ionic to drastically simplify app development. He will end the talk with a live demonstration showcasing an app that takes advantage of Exis.
Event Host: Nick Hyatt. Nick is the lead JavaScript Developer and worked on the production of Exis’ client side JS libraries for AngularJS, NodeJS, and Ionic. He has a bachelor’s degree in CS from UW Madison and has worked on the Exis system since its inception in August 2015. Nick is a skilled AngularJS and JavaScript developer, cross country skier, and coffee drinker.
