Sake Tasting

...a unique opportunity to be educated in the finer understanding of Japanese sake. While sake has been around for hundreds of years, in the United States it is one of the most interesting and least explored adult beverages. Because most sake available in America's popular venues is sold because it is inexpensive, there is a very limited group of people that understand that good sake is a painstakingly produced craftsman product with flavors and nuances even more exotic than wine or micro brew beers.

This seminar will include:

• Tastings of 12 different sake
• Teppanyaki lunch from Kobe's famous hibachi grill

  ---Insight into Sake culture: Serving ware, Traditions, and Tasting plus an exploration of the Hot vs. Cold debate
