This class incorporates a traditional series of beginner and intermediate yoga poses, tailored to the specific needs of expectant mothers and taught by a certified childbirth educator. The mission of our prenatal classes is to help you find the balance between preparing for the profound experience of birth, while also caring for yourself in the present moment. We focus on poses that help to ease the discomforts of pregnancy, and to prepare both body and mind for the labor and birth process.
