Are you looking for a place to connect with other mamas and form lasting friendships and future playgroups? Would you like to learn about different activities and resources available to you and your baby in the community? Do you want to try weeks of various activities, enjoy several lunches, create great keepsakes and have lots of fun? The Mamas Link program allows both rookie and veteran moms to sample a wide variety of early enrichment programs, baby classes and meetings w/ baby experts in Northern Virginia. We have a different mom-and-baby activity every week, giving you an introduction to different types of classes and workshops with local experts. The goal is to allow you to preview many different resources and classes from around the NoVa area, while also connecting to other mamas. Activities and workshops on the Mamas Link lineup may include fitness for mama and baby, music, yoga, infant massage, photography services, painting pottery (such as baby footprint keepsakes), lactation consulting, sleep coaching, CPR instruction, pediatrician advice, and nutritionists.
