IAHV is a UK Registered charity that specialises in providing courses covering anger management, anxiety and stress reduction. Our workshops are aimed at those who need support in dealing with mental, physical and emotional stresses.

We make a life-transforming difference to the lives of people by teaching them how to manage stress, improve behavior and interpersonal skills and develop a more positive outlook on life. Feedback from previous workshops in Medway has shown that over 90% of participants felt calmer, more relaxed and peaceful. Over 95% felt the points learnt during the workshop could be applied in their lives and would recommend the workshop to others.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
