Gain insight into the natural landscape and the industrial history of Manchester by walking the entire length of the Amoskeag Manufacturing Company Millyard (about 1 1/3 miles). The tour starts from the parking lot of Public Service of New Hampshire to the Langer Mill at 55 South Commercial Street. Local historian and author Robert B. Perreault and Aurore Eaton, Executive Director of the Manchester Historic Association conduct the tour together, providing historical information along the way. After the tour, enjoy lunch at the Millyard Museum with your fellow walkers. Please wear comfortable shoes.
