Ops Midcycle Edition - High Performance Computing with OpenStack

As you hopefully already know, this will take place on the second evening of the Ops Midcycle (https://etherpad.openstack.org/p/MAN-ops-meetup) in Manchester. Many of the midcycle attendees will be coming along, so this will be a great chance for our usergroup to meet many OpenStack developers and OpenStack Foundation staff.

We're still confirming some of the speakers and talks, but In addition, we're going to be taking a look at HPC and how OpenStack is being used in that space.
