OpenStreetMap Mapping Party

Come join us for an OpenStreetMap mapping party at ObjectRocket! We will be hanging out and partying and editing OpenStreetMap. Come join us if you would like to do any or all of these things.

Please bring a laptop and an external mouse (there will be a lot of clicking). If you have not done any OSM editing before, no worries - there will be a lot of people around to teach and learn together.

Our good friends and sponsors at CartoDB are going to nourish this party with the most maptacular of foodstuffs: pizza. That's right, this will ALSO be a pizza party. Two parties for the price of none - you're not going to find a better deal than that on Wednesday night! Please help us out by RSVPing so we know how much to order.

Speaking of venue... ObjectRocket has moved and so we are moving with them. The new office is at 401 Congress on the 19th floor of the Frost Tower, the crystalline marvel of the Austin skyline! There is no special parking situation - just get it where you can find it downtown.

We are also bumping up the meeting time to 6PM. The elevators of the building lock at 7PM, so starting earlier will let people get up to the office without needing an escort. This mapizza party doesn't have a hard start time, so just stop by whenever you can and drop us a line if you have trouble getting upstairs.
