May Maptime: Borchert Map Library Tour

We will meet for pizza, and presentations in the Wilson Library (http://campusmaps.umn.edu/o-meredith-wilson-library) sub-basement, room S30B.

After the presentations, Ryan Mattke (https://twitter.com/eglath) will give us a tour of the Borchert Map Library (also in the sub-basement, room S76). Everyone is welcome to bring cameras/phones to take pictures of the space and/or the maps.

If we have enough time, the library has a large format scanner on-site. Ryan will help us scan maps. If you'd like to scan a map, or maps, please bring a flash drive along!

Parking options:

• 19th Ave Ramp ($7 for 2-3 hours)

• 21st Ave Ramp ($7 for 2-3 hours);

• Surface lot at 5th and 21st that is a flat rate of $4

• Meter parking available within a few blocks.

Transit options:

There are many bus routes that stop near the West Bank campus, as well as the West Bank Station on the Green Line.
