I offer free introductory meetings in which I will introduce you to how we can use MINDFULNESS to overcome conflict and improve communication in our relationships.
Conflict in relationships is sustained through habitual patterns of reactivity. The key to changing habitual reactivity is to learn how to relate to the underlying emotional energy that compels you to react. Mindfulness allows you to do this and when you can relate without further reacting, you create a therapeutic space in which the compulsive emotion can transform and resolve. When you dissolve these emotional knots, you will neutralize the reactivity and will no longer be compelled to react with the classic stress reactions of anger, disappointment, frustration and worry.
I am available for consultation at other times as well, if the scheduled time does not suit. Please email me to schedule a free introductory meeting.
