MongoDB, a JavaScript friendly database engine

Happy New Year everyone! Join us on January 14th for a presentation by Max Mathieu of Message Systems (Twitter (https://twitter.com/maxence_mathieu)) on using MongoDB with JavaScript applications. This talk will include a short intro to MongoDB before diving into how JavaScript is a big part of it, from the underlying file format and it's similarity to JSON, to a live demo of the JavaScript-based shell to query and manipulate the data. Max will cover some use cases when it's particularly helpful not to have to write SQL, as well as some common traps to avoid.
