Do you ever sit around and think how nice it would be to go for a relaxing ride around the Frederick area? Are you interested in seeing more of the backroads this area has to offer? Are you simply looking for more people to ride with?
If you answered "yes" then welcome to the Frederick Motorcycle Club. I am a new rider and, while looking for others to ride with, was shocked there was not already a group in Frederick. I created this meetup to meet others who like to ride and to learn more about motorcycles and riding. It also works great to create a network of friends, motorcycle enthusiasts, etc. Also, since I will be upgrading my Honda in the near future, I thought it would be nice to create a network of people who know a thing or two about motorcycles and can educate me. Lastly, it's a great place to learn about motorcycles, gear and places to go. Experienced rider or new like I am, we will have something on here for everyone.
I plan to have one formal ride a month, supplemented by hopefully many others as weather, time and people attending permit. Also, this is your meetup group and if anyone is interested in being an assistant organizer, please let me know.
