MoCo4Bernie & the 18th Annual Montgomery County Thanksgiving Parade

Montgomery County is holding its 18th annual Thanksgiving Parade in Silver Spring, Maryland. The parade is a mile long and steps off at 10AM on Saturday morning, November 21, 2015, but will need to queue up at 8AM. The parade is a big event in the local area that not only draws a large crowd, but is also televised.

MoCo4Bernie is registered to participate in the parade. This is a great opportunity for us to reach a wide audience while we represent Bernie.

MoCo4Bernie needs a large group of volunteers to walk in the parade and to help us decorate our parade vehicle. We plan on meeting up in Silver Spring nearby the queue up location at about 7AM to decorate the parade vehicle and organize our group.

We had a great time participating in the Labor Day Parade and we expect this parade to also be lots of fun!

PLEASE sign up as soon as possible (bring your friends and family) to help with the vehicle and to walk in the parade with us, so that we can get a final count to provide to the Montgomery County Recreation Department.
