Israeli Startups Making Global Impact with Hybrid

We're thrilled to invite you to the “Global Impact Session” to learn from 3 outstanding startups on the way to global success in a joint venture by MassChallenge Israel and Hybrid - Promoting Early-Stage Arab Entrepreneurs. We will host Guy Seemann, Co-Founder and COO of ReThink Pharmaceuticals, a biotech company working in the field of drug repurposing; Eran Gronich, Founder and CEO of Flying SpArk, a FoodTech company develops a superior animal protein extracted from insects; and Maria Nassar, founder and CEO of Royal Road, one of the biggest ameteur fiction stories libraries, with an audience of over 500,000 user views every month. Maria was recently selected into Forbes Israel most influential 30 under 30.

Hybrid is the most in-depth and comprehensive program for early-stage ventures led by Arab founders in Israel. We help entrepreneurs validate their product and generate as much networking as possible in the heart of the "Startup-Nation" with the support and vast network of our partners. We are not for profit, take no equity from the startups, and are not limited in vertical or field. Our home-bases are Nazareth and Tel Aviv, but we turn to the Arab private sector all over Israel. We focus on networking make hundreds of intros to investors, accelerators and mentors on a monthly basis. At the core of Hybrid is an intense 4.5-months long pre-acceleration program, from May to September, for a small and exclusive group of 6-10 companies that are already developing a product, beyond the ideation stage. The requirement is that one of the founders be Arab, on whom we focus our efforts. The program helps them acquire important networking, validate their early products and grow into functional companies with a dedicated team.
