What stories run your life?

What if you had a way to identify some of these, and begin to change them?

The Soulful Story process offers you that opportunity! Many of us live with past beliefs about ourselves and our lives that keep us from creating the life we truly long for. When we bring the stories to light, we have access to the "soul" of what needs to be transformed, and can alchemise that change through creating with intention. Cards we craft ourselves are more meaningful, remind us of our values, and empower real change.

Using paint, watercolor paper and markers, we will each create several affirmation cards and a cover, which can be used to inspire us to make positive shifts. (Bring your journal, favorite markers and supplies if you wish. Main materials will be provided!) No experience necessary!!

We'll provide Tea and snacks, materials & sisterhood. Won't you join us?

** In Red Thread Circle, we weave the common threads of our stories together. The medicine of the Red Thread Circle it is for women who feel called to meet in community. The Red Thread has a profound capacity for connecting minds and hearts around what matters.
