Updates:

-We usually collect money from members and pay the restaurant directly. Ahimsa has a cashier at the front when you go in, so please pay directly to the cashier as you walk in. Tell them you are part of Meat Free Hong Kong or the Vegan Meetup.

-Our group starts to eat from 2pm. Please feel free to arrive 5-10 minutes earlier if you want to, or just arrive at 2pm.

-For those who previously RSVPed "yes" and can't make it anymore, please update your RSVP to "no" by 10am on Nov 14.

-I'll be your event host for this meetup. Please feel free to contact me directly if you have any questions. We'll have over 40 people for this gathering and it's going to be fun! Look forward to meeting everyone！

This is our 1st visit as a group to recently opened Ahimsa Buffet. They offer a bargain priced all you can eat buffet. For us the buffet will be all vegan. Cost per person is 60 (sixty) HKD. For this event we know in advance the exact cost per person. Thus we hope it is OK to request payment on arrival. Those attending please RSVP = 'Yes'.

• We politely request editing RSVP to 'No' asap by anyone unable to attend who previously RSVPs 'Yes' to this event.

• Meetup.com allows RSVP edits up to the last minute before event start time

• From start time onwards meetup.com does not allow RSVP edits

• To help focus on RSVP status, anyone who 'no shows' against a 'Yes' RSVP will regrettably be banned for 1 month from the group.

We hope you understand this helps us budget & order food with some efficiency for attendee benefit. We warmly look forward to seeing those who attend.
